Physician Assistant Elisabeth Jenkins of Brainerd joined the Surgical Team staff of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby in September 2018. She works directly with Surgeons Shawn Roberts. M.D., and Tim LeMieur, M.D., assisting them with the many facets of their clinic and surgical practice. Jenkins practices in both CRMC’s Multi-Specialty Clinic and Surgery Department.  She came to CRMC from CentraCare’s Kidney Program in Brainerd where she worked since 2015. She also worked as a patient care assistant at CentraCare’s St. Cloud Hospital and as a certified nursing assistant at Edgewood Vista in Brainerd. Jenkins was also a volunteer youth girls’ hockey assistant coach for the Brainerd Amateur Hockey Association. The physician assistant holds a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.
